Tom Hausherr
CEO, Director of Technology
Back in 1974, Tom Hausherr started his PCB design career at Technitron, Inc., located in Wheaton, IL. He performed PCB hand taping, drew India ink schematic drawings, handwrote Bills of Materials and used rub-off letters with silkscreen reference designators. This was the caveman age of the electronics industry.

Today, Tom spearheads the effort to finally globalize the world standard library technology and also offers consultation services to companies with chaotic library systems. Nick Ban
Vice President & General Manager
In 2003, Nick Ban was asked by Tom to help him form PCB Libraries, for the purpose of standardizing CAD libraries. Eager to take on new (and quite enormous) challenges, Nick left IPC in 2004.

Nick served for four years in the U.S. Marines at the Provost Marshal's Office in Okinawa Japan and was awarded a Navy Achievement Medal for his innovation and major improvements in operational efficiency. Nick completed his B.S. in Management from the University of Maryland and M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University.  read more...

Jeff Mellquist
Vice President Research & Development
In 2001, working closely with Dieter Bergman (IPC) and the land pattern committee, Jeff started developing the first IPC-7351A 3-tier LP Calculator using Excel - as the IPC-7351 standard itself was being created.

Today Jeff writes CAD interfaces for the LP software, continually improves functionality, develops support for new component families, and works with contractors to best meet end users needs.  read more...
