When I create a 3D STEP file for Component Type Molded Body, the window shows Done, but the file isn't in the target directory. Worked fine for DPAK and SOL component types. I'm using the Demo part with beta version 2021.01 .

Make sure that the Molded Body (plastic) is at least (minimum) 0.70 mm Less Than the overall Lead Span. The "D1" dimension is normally 1.00 mm +/- 0.20, less than the "D" dimension.

You need room for the 0.20 mm Lead Frame thickness and its bend radius can form on each end.

Other than that, please post your bug issues in the "Bug" forum so we can assign a programmer to investigate.
