When you generate a non-plated mounting hole an error is generated.

I am only trying to create a round non plated mounting hole. I do not see a donut in the padstack. Am I missing something ?

Allegro 16.6 does not support "Donut Pads". Allegro 17.0 will support "Donut Pads". PADS Layout has supported "Donut Pads" for the past 15 years. Altium supports "Donut Pads" in the latest release. |

Yes I was generating the pad size larger that the hole size and it created the donut shape that did not work.
