Would it be possible to allow changing the unit settings in the lite version of library expert ?

The Lite version defaults to the IPC settings. If you want to modify the settings, or perhaps use the advanced library management features, plus get part data for 5,000 unique manufacturer case codes (among other benefits), please upgrade to the Professional version.
