Can provide more details, for the below and what is the impact on the silkscreen outline Map to body Margin? 

Offset outline away from Package body.

There are several options for mapping silkscreen outlines.

Least, Nominal and Maximum body dimension.

Offset silkscreen away from Body. This makes the inner edge of the silkscreen outline the line origin (rather than the center of the line). 

Margin will move the silkscreen outline away from the package Body by the value that you define. Some PCB designers want the silkscreen further away from the package body than the Maximum body outline. So they define an offset value.
