Hello,

For BGA packages result shape of PCB along with 3D as shown in image below.

The Green Color representing the FR4 substrate material needs to be removed from some BGAs.

You can change color assignments in the Calculator 3D Model Color panel. 

Change the Green Substrate to Black. 

You have complete control of every color assignment for every component family.

Hi
i try do this like below image

but note result 3D black not same as substrate one

 is there way to make primary body and secondary one be same colour level

Do Not Select 'Black'

Select the same color as the Primary Body 'Base Black'. 

Black and Base Black are 2 different colors.

That's great, but when open colors window can't find base black, how to reach it please

It's the 3rd color from the top of the scroll list.
