Hi,

Can you tell me what the D2 dimension stands for. As it is not a dimension in my datasheet but required by the footprint designer.
And, when the D2 dimension is not applicable what should I use?

regards, Charles

D2 = The Terminal Lead Center.

Most PLCC mfr.'s provide that dimension.

Tom,

Thanks for your reply. Did not recognize this dimension as the Terminal Lead Center.

And you are right, that dimension is in my datasheet.

Thanx, Charles
