No doubt, modern electronics have many PCB's and they many times they fail. The common faults that occurs are burn-outs, blown tracks and failed components. 

Does repairing PCB's save you money and is beneficial for your customers?

Yes, circuit boards could be repaired but I believe you should prefer to get the services of the best skilled person. 

However, it also depends on the condition of PCB either it could be repaired or not. 

Otherwise, you would have to go with a new purchase option.

It depends on how much money it will take to repair your PCB, if you can buy a good PCB for that much money then there is no benefit to repairing the PCB. Otherwise in general repairing a PCB is much cheaper than buying a new PCB.
