Please either allow no pins on the D or E side of the Pullback Quad Flat No-Lead or add a new footprint for a Pullback Dual Flat No-Lead.

There already is a component family called PSON and PSON with Tab. PSON = Pullback Small Outline No-lead and it has pins on 2 sides |
