I have a crystal that more resembles a chip type component than the crystal component in Footprint Wizard.

It actually has concave corners like an oscillator, but only has 2 pins - http://www.abracon.com/Resonators/ABS07.pdf

How would you handle this situation?

This is a new component family. 2-pin Corner Concave Crystal. I would use the mfr. recommended pattern.

For right now I would call it - XTAL_ABRACON_ABS07

There is no IPC standard for this package yet.

The 1st sort in the library would be on the component family, then the Mfr. and then the part number.
