The calculator counts the actual pin quantity, not the pin names.

I create the footprint in THT Oscillator family, for example - by Demo dimensions.

I get the name

OSC762W45P508L2080H510Q4

Q4 - is pin quantity.

As say "Library Expert Land Pattern Naming Convention.pdf"

for 8 pin Oscillator it should be Q8.

The similar situation is for pin quantity=14.
