    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.PCBLibraries.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3">Tom H</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2324<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30 Apr 2018 at 7:29am<br /><br />SOT-89 has an irregular shape pin 2 and it's a different shape and size for every mfr.&nbsp;<div><br></div><div>Library Expert cannot auto-generate irregular pad shapes yet as this requires associated copper poly shapes.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>We manually create SOT-89 and upload them to POD.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Check the mfr.'s Diodes and NXP for the Case Code SOT89 or SOT-89 and download those parts.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>If you have a new SOT-89, we'll be glad to build it for $5 and share it with everyone else for free download.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div>]]>
