The Altium script should already be setup to handle two refdes's. Simply set the layers.]]>

You're going to have to get into Altium Scripting to do it though, turn on&nbsp;Use Post Process Script checkbox in the translator, and provide that script to Altium to be run every time after a script is run.]]>
