I think you are missing the problem. The Solder mask, Paste Mask Legend Outline, Assembly Outline Terminal Outline and Courtyard all transfer. That error occurs when you have more than one person accessing the library at the same time. Expedition has multi-tasking locks for the library and the partition must be unlocked in order for the program itself to allow you to modify it via our tool. As an example:

Lets say 'Fred' has the library open and is viewing a part. The partition is then locked to him. Anybody else like yourself on another computer that tries to run the Direct Import to build the part will have an issue accessing the partition because it is locked. If you get this issue, make sure all instances of the program are closed, and if needbe check task manager for any hanging out in memory. Once the partition is released, you should be able to write to it via Direct Import.
