If you getthe Terminal Service Detected message (see image below), you trying to remoteinto the computer that has a license which does not support it. The Single UserLicense isn’t configured to allow this type of connection, only the NetworkLicense does.


Solution:Run the Library Expert locally (without remote desktop), or contact us toupgrade to a Network Key.
