Thanks, Randy. Very good ideas, they're planned for a future update of POD. This current (beta) version is very basic.

For POD parts it would be nice to see our requested new parts in a queue on the website, floating up to the top of a completed list. 

An estimated completion date or a message stating POD service is Not Available for the the requested part would be a nice touch.

That way we know if the request can be filled and when we can expect to take delivery of the parts.

Also are users going to be able to upload parts to the POD ?   If yes, will the contributing members be able to earn credits to apply toward future part requests?

ideas:

Contributing Members could elect to be on a notification lists for new requested parts.  Then a process would need to be in place to show that member 'x' is filling the requested part order for member 'y'.  This should be done in a manner that prevents parallel efforts from members to create the same parts.

I realize that a good bit of site infrastructure would be required to make this idea work.
