    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.PCBLibraries.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3">Tom H</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 129<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 22 Oct 2012 at 8:25am<br /><br />In V2013 we will be adding an interactive "Footprint Designer" that will allow the user to auto-calculate the main footprint and then turn on the interactive editor to create multiple or offset thermal pads, keepouts, move or edit existing graphics, etc. <div>&nbsp;</div><div>The edited Footprint will be stored in a new file format call .FPT (footprint) to allow the user to open the part any time to do additional editing. </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Thanks for the suggestion.</div><div>&nbsp;</div>]]>
