It would be best if you provided a direct web-link to the component datasheet or insert a picture.
 
When I go to the Nichicon website there are no search results for F72 Frameless Tantalum Capacitors.

A footprint and Step file for the Frameless Tantalum capacitors (F72,F75,F95 Series)  by Nichicon with the Anode pin sticking out of the part would be nice, especially as their descriptions of the recommended pads is somewhat vague.
