1-What PCB Model should we use to  create Footprint ?

2-Is it  “DPAK”?  Correct or wrong, 
3-Is correct for parts
have supplier package as “D2PAK or TO-263” 
4- in this case D2 max is missed,  is there soulation for that case?

please add more details for how to select Model fo cases like this
