I'm administrator of my PC but instead of double click on the desktop icon, I must do a right click on the desktop icon and select "Launch as administrator" and then it's OK.

Please make sure you have the latest Microsoft .NET Framework (version 4.5 currently) from Microsoft. This is normally the #1 culprit that throws these messages on startup. If you still get an error, please contact Support and let us know exactly the steps you are taking to generate that error and we will get it fixed within a couple days.

Hi Guys,
 
I have Win7 but I have also a message "Unhandled exception" when I double click on the Desktop Icon. If I click on "Continue", it trys to load something but nothing happens. Is there any solution?

The pre-release Footprint Expert v2013.01 is now available here.

Until it is released from beta, only the following users can install/use this:
  1. Original purchase after December 1, 2012
  2. Have a USB Key that works with v2012
