Sure.. not a problem. It'll be in 2013, until then.. simply save LayerNumRef 4 as a preference with the lower right key.
 
Do you happen to have a list of the proper Bottom layers? i.e. Paste Mask Bottom, Solder Mask Bottom, etc. If so, i can put those mappings in also.

I think "Solder Mask" should be mapped to LayerNumRef 4. 
 
It defaults to LayerNumRef 9 which creates both top and bottom "Paste Mask" layers.
 
Not good with SMT components.
