    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.PCBLibraries.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3">Tom H</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 791<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09 Jan 2013 at 8:46am<br /><br /><p>Select any component family and enter the component dimensions. </p><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Then select the last icon in the toolbar (the Wrench). </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>That will open the CAD Translator window. </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Use the CAD tool dropdown and select Allegro. </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Also select "Set as Default Format" </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Then select the folder in which you want to save the PCB library files. </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Then select your Allegro options. </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Then select "Save Entries as Preferences" so that every time you come back to this window all of your settings will be the same. </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Let us know if this works. </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>The User Guide is here - </div><div><a href="http://www.pcblibraries.com/products/fpx/userguide/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.pcblibraries.com/products/fpx/userguide/</a>&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div>]]>
