You should find this in the current pre-release.
It's been added as a Drafting/Assembly option: "Add Value to Footprint".
(For Xpedition Value = Part Number).
It defaults to "Off", check to turn on.

Just getting start using PCB Footprint 2022 version 2022.14. I am not getting the Assembly Part Number on the cell in Xepedition. Am I missing a check box or configuration option, something that away went away intentionally, just overlooked?
I have not gone through all cell types yet, but it is missing on BGAs, chips, son and SO so far. It is easy enough to add but would prefer not to.
