Instead they are moving to a SOT-89 package (similar premis as SOT-223, only flat-lead example linked below).<div fgid="79114"><br fgid="79120"></div><div fgid="79106">Note:</div><div fgid="79184">Some however do have different "b" values for the middle pin on the three lead side So this needs to be taken into account.
