You can't move the Body over, you just move the pads over. 

The best thing to do is figure out where you want Pin 1. 

Then delete all the pins. Then reinsert them.

I created an SD card and made a mistake on the size of the body outline.  

The pins are in the right locations but how can I shift the body outline or redraw it around a specified origin?
