Label "Value" on Assembly Drawing is invisible, if not selected.

I think it should be visible - I have not an idea such entity exist until accidentally I clicked in (presumedly) empty space.

(I'm using Library Expert Pro 2017.14)

On the other hand, I prefer Value labels on boards globally hidden. Only for some components I show them.
If invisible Value label in PCBLE is the method to hide them in CAD library, so let it be...
But I think it would be good to have control over it's visibility in PCBLE.
