    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.PCBLibraries.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1302">richardprent</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2141<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10 May 2017 at 8:08am<br /><br />We are facing problems with BGA's while creating 3D step and the generation of the&nbsp; placement courtyard.<br><ol><li>When you create a BGA and use the mirror pin function the&nbsp; 3D step pin 1 indication is fault.<br>It does not mirror but stays in the original place.</li><li>the courtyard access is to small, it is equal to the component body instead of 1mm larger.</li></ol><p>Regards Richard<br></p>]]>
