Use the Pins / Import feature.

If you do not have the latest Help file, delete the PCB Library Expert 2017.chm file in this folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\PCB Libraries\Library Expert 2017

Then reopen Library Expert > Help > Download Help

Ouch ... there are a few asymmetrical mounting pads.

I made a mistake and made a bunch of connectors with the pins centered about the outline. The outline needs to be offset +0.89mm from center.
