If on installation of the Library Expert you get the following "Exception ERangeError in module Engine.exe at ... Range check error.", the solution is to:
  1. Backup any DAT and/or FPX files you might need from the current Library Expert installation
  2. Uninstall the older Library Expert and delete the old directory
You might instead try to just rename the current directory so the Library Expert you're trying to install installs in a clean directory.
