Run the BATCH (BAT) file. See steps here to output to OrCAD PCB.
The Library Expert also outputs 3D STEP models, see sample parts here.

Hello,
I tried to generate one test part for OrCAD PCB, but I got one folder with:
c115h75.psr
capprd500d1100h500.scr
capprd500d1100h500.txt
orcadpcbload.bat
s115h75.psr
 
And what is next ?
