This looks like a new bug in .17.
 
Our programmers will fix this and release a .18 pre-release tomorrow.

We have a specific QFN created in Library Expert 2015.17 that has the silkscreen over the pads.  This seems like a bug?  Below is a screen shot.  The QFN50P700X500X80-39T325X525 is the one in question.
