If you encounter the "Trial License Expired" message and you purchased the Library Expert Pro (perpetual license):
 
Single User:
Check to make sure the key is properly connected to the USB port and the light is on; you may try a different port. Point your browser to http://localhost:1947/_int_/devices.html. If you get an error on page load, scroll down on the HASP diagnostics (http://localhost:1947/_int_/diag.html) page and make sure you have "Run-time Installer" and "Run-time Package" version 6.65; if either of these are different, install the latest HASP drivers.
 
 
Network License:
Point your browser to http://localhost:1947/_int_/devices.html
You should see a Key ID with Vendor ID 98135
  1. if you get an error on page load, install the latest HASP drivers
  2. if the page loads and you do not see the key:
- Scroll down on the HASP diagnostics (http://localhost:1947/_int_/diag.html) page and make sure you have "Run-time Installer" and "Run-time Package" version 6.65; if either of these are different, install the latest HASP drivers.
 
- Visit the HASP configuration page (http://localhost:1947/_int_/config.html) and select "Access to Remote License Managers" tab (top); uncheck "Broadcast Search for Remote Licenses", and in the "Remote License Search Parameters" enter the IP address of the server/PC with the Network Key. After doing so, please give it two minutes and see if the Sentinel Keys page refreshes with the newly found key (http://localhost:1947/_int_/devices.html).
