It's the last family in the list. <div>&nbsp;</div><div>There are SOT89 and TO-92 parts on Part on Demand (POD) website. </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Search for Diodes, Inc. or NXP&nbsp;Case Code <strong>SOT89</strong></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Search for DIGITRON Case Code <strong>TO-92</strong></div><div><strong>&nbsp;</strong></div><div>PCB Libraries, Inc. will create any SOT89 or TO-92 Footprint and 3D model to order. You order it on <a href="http://www.pcblibraries.com/downloads" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.pcblibraries.com/downloads</a> and we'll build it and make it available to the entire electronics industry. Just search NXP mfr. and Case Code SOT-89. </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Search Texas Instruments Case Code TO-92. </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>The TO-247 you can build in the PTH Through-hole "Flange Mount" component family. Already there. </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>The TO-251 is the SMD TO (DPAK) component family. Already there. </div>]]>
