Hi,
 
When I build a PSON Footprint in below picture the naming of the Footprint is wrong. In 2015.09 it is PSON210P250X250X85-4. although the naming is true in 2015.08 it is PSON210P320X250X85-4 and this impact on 3D model you can see that in below picture.
