The email that went out on December 6 wasn't the newsletter, it was the New Version Alert email to let everyone know of the current release, 2015.04. In the download section is stated that the Lite v2015 version can be downloaded via the Newsletter.
On December 6 I got the Newsletter with heading: Library Expert 2015.04 - New Release.
But there is no link to the Lite version.

How can I download the latest (v2015.xx) Lite version?
