I'm assuming you mean for the anti-pad?
If you're using the 'proportional' fabrication level there is no available adjustment.
In the 'User' Fab level you can set all aspects of the pad stack.
This will change in the next software version where 'proportional will be the only method for both user and default but all controlling values will be available.

For a non-plated mounting hole with vias, how do I change the gap between the annular ring and the non-plated drill?

Is there a setting to make the gap wider?
