Hi Tom,

Yes is true for BGA the 3D generation works also in Library Expert Lite.

Thanks for your reply and for excellent Lite version free.

I hope in future to purchase the PRO version.

Dear Sirs,


Thanks a lot for PCB Library Expert Lite at no cost! Very great tool.

I have purcased the IPC-7351B standard, but now with Library Expert Lite we have the superior tool (than Land Pattern) and especially upgraded.

One question. In the 2014 Lite versions, 3D model generation, NOT found in "Create Footprint" now? Cry

For example in 2013 releases 3D generations are found, and work very well!
