It looks like those layers are not on the padstack in Orcad PCB&nbsp;&nbsp;so they would have to be in the .SCR file ?. I do not see anything on the assembly top or bottom layer for the pads in the attached scr file.&nbsp; Only the outline of the part and the pin 1 location.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV><a href="http://www.pcblibraries.com/forum/uploads/545/fpx.zip" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">uploads/545/fpx.zip</A></DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.PCBLibraries.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=532">chrisa_pcb</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1180<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 19 Nov 2013 at 2:36pm<br /><br />In FPX, you select how you want the Pads on Assembly to be displayed. <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Example: </DIV><OL><LI>First select Through Hole, Header/Vertical (OK), then Reference <LI>Now Select the Settings tab to the right of the Dimensions Tab that is currently being displayed <LI>There should be a selection Pads On Assembly. The default is None (which is what you're seeing. You can set this to either be an Outline which is a circle that encompasses the Pad, or Filled which provides a filled Pad. <LI>After selection (select say Outline),&nbsp;Select OK. Now Change the Layer for the part to Assembly Top and each pad should have an Outline around it. Then select say Filled and&nbsp;Select OK.. it should then be a Filled Outline (i.e. a pad).</LI></OL><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>]]>
