I noticed that you already downloaded most of the logo's. Do you mind sharing them with us to eliminate duplication of effort? </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Thanks!</div><div>&nbsp;</div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.PCBLibraries.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=627">PLTcbv</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1116<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18 Nov 2013 at 8:18am<br /><br />If you take a look in the English site version&nbsp;<a href="http://www.pltc.nl/en/links/manufacturers.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.pltc.nl/en/links/manufacturers.html</a>&nbsp;you will see that the section is called " Manufacturers".<div>I think that 99% is a Component Manufacturer.</div><div>Some old names are used with the new Manufacturer name in brackets, like&nbsp;<a href="http://www.welwyn-tt.co.uk/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Welwyn (TT Electronics)</a></div><div>Maybe you can use it for your database.</div><div>Most of the names we have used for our customers in 25 years of PCB design.</div>]]>

This means that any user-added manufacturer is lost and so must be added again.<div><br></div><div>Suggest that a way is found to retain user-added manufacturers to avoid the resulting frustration and duplication of work.</div><div><br></div><div>For example, create a UserManufacturerList.txt file to which PCB Library Expert writes the user-added manufacturers (and&nbsp;<span style="line-height: 1.4;">the user may hand-edit, if desired) and when used by the software is 'merged' with&nbsp;</span><span style="line-height: 1.4;">ManufacturerList.txt.</span></div><div><span style="line-height: 1.4;"><br></span></div><div><span style="line-height: 1.4;">Ian</span></div>]]>
