Polygons now translating as expected
EAGLE
Ref Des and Part Type Name have been moved to their proper layers
Thickened the Ref Des and Part Type Name for easier manufacturing
The 'First' moniker for pin 1 no longer gets used for Surface Mount pads (EAGLE recognizes and uses it for thru-hole pads)
DipTrace
Activation added to the "Activate Dialog" for DipTrace
