Through-hole Padstack Round-off

   The round-off can only be set using preferences.

Otherwise it would give the impression that users have direct control over it but it will change upon reloading the part.

For example, if a part were built and the user could directly select a round-off of value “x”.

If the part were saved to the library then immediately reloaded it would change to the default preference and appear as a bug.

	Would it be possible to re-enable the Round-off in the through-hole padstack calculator? My guys like to use 0.01mm with Proportional Fab Level. I cannot find a way to do that in the user settings, so we were changing the roundoff on the fly. Seems that was disabled back on 2012.50 or 51.
