For some reason wehn I log in I get "User account and/or Evaluation Period has expired. Please Contact Us to reactivate.". However this should not be so, why would my forum account expire? And when I return to the forum I am actually logged in. The password reset thing does not work either.

Hmm, something weird going on here. I was using https://www.pcblibraries.com/account/check_user_forum.asp I tried again and it worked OK. So I logged out and tried the password reset, that failed with "Error 16: The password reset request could not be processed.". Then I was completely locked out. I have reset firefox and now it allowed me to login. I'll see how it goes on, cheers - Matthew

| Okay, shoot me an email. The problem was with your account, but it's reset properly now. | |
