All, I don't see LFCSP as one of the categories in the Footprint Expert. In the past I've used the QFN choice and renamed the result. Is the QFN similar enough to use, or am I way off base?Mark |

LFCSP is a component mfr. term for Lead Frame Chip Scale Package. This is not a standard JEDEC term. The JEDEC equivalent is QFN (4 sides) or SON (2 sides). |
