Aren't these the default layers for Design Spark?

Hello and Welcome

I don't understand layers numbering while exporting footprint. I marked it in red on the image below:



I can't find in Design Spark's options anything that would relate these numbers to layers settings in DS. I have been trying by trial and error, putting random numbers but I can't quite figure it out.

The files that are created are of the DSL (Design Spark Library) extension. Please reference your tool on how to import those. I have just tried creating a transistor footprint and all appears to go well.
Launching DSPCB and enabling my new 'PCB_Libraries' folder, no footprints are found.

Examining the files present that were created by PCBLibraries they appear to have the wrong filename extension.

I haven't investigated further so any pointers appreciated.
