There is an Option feature in "Tools > Options > Drafting > Courtyard > Minimum Contour Cut-in Gap". 

The default setting is 5 mm but you can change the value to whatever you want and the courtyard will cut in-between pads.

Hi Tom,

This is regarding Custom courtyard for some exceptional components which does not occupy the full space of defined pads as their body is smaller but pads exist have long distance.
Between the Two pads there is lots of space where designer can place another small components.
Example : 1612618-1
