We do not understand what the issue is. 

You can't save an FP Designer footprint to FPX until you complete the Specifications. 

When you rename pins in FP Designer you need to enter the Pin Name that you want to start with the Numbering Options > Numeric.

Hello Tom,

After using Reorder Pins option , we can not save anything . All options became disable.
Issues are in version 2022. Last version of 2021 was okay.uploads/15710/Reorder_pins.JPG
