Yearly POD Subscriptions are multi-tired per the user and the cheapest one is $120 for access to 3 million part numbers at the download rate of 1,200 part numbers. $1 each.

The new V2021 has many new features:
  • Library Editor to save all your package dimensions of an FPX file
  • Tools > Options to setup all your favorite PCB library preferences
  • Batch Build so you can create 100's of footprints with one click
  • FP Designer to create non-standard footprints for connectors and semiconductors 
3D STEP was removed from the Free V2021 Footprint Expert Pro. 

But you can upgrade to Enterprise and pay $299 to turn on 3D STEP. 

Or you can purchase a POD Subscription for $120 a year and get access to 3 million parts from Parts on Demand and get the Free V2021 Footprint Expert POD Builder that supports 25 CAD tools and 3D STEP. 

For special parts that you need that aren't on www.pcblibraries.com/POD you can order for as little as $5 per part and we'll put it on POD for free for all the users.

I am using the PCB Library tool to create 3D files.

In previous versions, 3D files were easily created.

Starting from version 2021.04, I don't know where and how to create files.

Also, I can't find the manual for that version.

I am currently using the free version, but the'Build footprint' icon is not active.

Obviously, I also activated the cloud license.

Please share how to create a 3D file in 2014.04 version or a manual for it.
