    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.PCBLibraries.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3">Tom H</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2329<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27 Apr 2018 at 8:49am<br /><br />Here's a link to the back door of TI Case Code package data - <a href="http://www.ti.com/support-packaging/packaging-tools/find-packages.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Here</a><div><br></div><div></div><div>These are PDF files of the physical package dimensions.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>And it points to over 110,000 links of their Logical Data part numbers that use each specific Case Code.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Currently, there are about 90,000 TI part numbers on POD and we're updating the Case Codes as fast as TI changes them, but we cannot globally update all Case Codes on POD due to the variety of different dimensions under the same Case Code number.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>I wish that all component manufacturers would pick one Case Code number for each set of component dimensions. if the package dimensions are different, then create a new Case Code.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>I think this is the reason that they indicate "<b>See the next page for Thermal Tab dimensions</b>" and then when you look there are none.</div><div><br></div>]]>
