Use FP Designer to create this footprint. 

Use the mfr. recommended pattern on Page 6.

We use a SMT dual-color LED (160x80) with corner concave package (Avago HSMF-C16x series)
However, there is no "LEDCC" existing yet.

Other manufacturers also use corner concave LEDs, so I'd rather not use a mfg-specific naming:

Am I missing a chip family? What naming would you use?
