If you want the ability to read regular ASCII HKP files like was done for older versions of Expedition, you have to request a specific license from Mentor to do it(and they probably won't). </p><p>This is likely the source of the issue. We pretty much suggest people go direct import, but bear in mind that that needs an Expedition Library Manager license.</p>]]>

   <title><![CDATA[Build PArt :  I am using PCB Libraries 2015.12....]]></title>

When I use the BUILD PART button on the toolbar, it works fine and creates my *hkp files for padstacks and the footprint.
